I was hired as a UI/UX Consultant to help improve the efficency of Macy’s Infrastructure Services Intranet, IFS Xpress.

The Result

The result was a new interface that allowed Macy’s associates to more effeciently process and track internal service requests. Through a process of interviews and user testing, I was able to create a new user experience that was customizable and built the principles of 80/20 common user behaviors.
